Description : National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) is an Authority Created Pursuant to 5.3 of National Database & Registration Authority Ordinance for the Purpose of Registration of Citizen, Issuance of Identity Cards and Establishment of the National Database Warehouse. Nadra Hereby Invites Expression of Interest (Eoi) from Reputed Law Firms having Following Expertise: 1. Undertaking of Construction Contracts; 2. Undertaking of Pakistan Engineering Council; 3. Litigation Experience of Construction Contract ? Acting both for Contractors and Employees; 4. Negotiation Skills to Settle Disputes Involving Construction Contracts; 5. Knowledge in Understanding and Identifying Damages Related to Breach of Construction Contracts; Eois Together with Technical Proposals Must be Submitted to the Office of Undersigned Address on or before 1100 Hours on 25Th May, 2023.
