Request for Proposals Consultancy Services for Planning, Design & Construction Supervision 1. Higher Education Commission, Pakistan Intends to Hire Engineering Consultancy Firms for Planning, Designing and Detailed Supervision of the Following Assignment: ? Construction of it Training/Network Academy and Office Building, Equipped with all Modern Building Facilities of International Standards, with Covered Area of Approx. 45,000 Sq.Ft. 2. the Interested Consultancy Firms Must have a Valid Pec Registration and Must be on Active Tax Payers List of Fbr. 3. Method of Selection will be Quality and Cost Based, as Specified in the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010 (Separate Sealed Envelope for Technical and Financial Proposals). 4. Interested Firms are Requested to Download Rfp having Detailed Terms of References (Tors), Evaluation Criteria, Proposal Submission Procedure and other Details from Hec/Ppra/Epads Website. the Rfp Costs Rs. 5000/- (Cash, Non-Refundable), to be Deposited in Hec Account No.17427900133401 of Habib Bank Limited, Src Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad (Via Online or Physically), on or before July 8, 2025. 5.
