Description : Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (Isgs) is a Company Working under the Auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. Isgs has been Mandated to Undertake Gas Import and Infrastructure Developments Projects Including Turkmenistan - Afghanistan - Pakistan - India (Tapi) Gas Pipeline, Pakistan Stream Gas Pipeline Project, Offshore Gas Pipeline Project and Strategic Underground Storages. 2. Isgs Invites Sealed Proposals from Experienced International/Local Firms for Provision of Commercial Services with Respect to the Commercial/Financial Aspect of Tapi Gas Pipeline Project Including but not Limited to Gas Pricing Mechanism, Price Review, Price Negotiation Strategy Etc. the Consultant, or in Case of Joint Venture/Consortium at Least One Partner/Member, should be on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue (Fbr). 3. Rfp, Containing all Information Including Instruction for Preparation and Submission of Bids, Bid Evaluation Criteria, Form of Contract, Form of Bid, Format of Securities, Etc. are Available for the Interested Bidders to be Downloaded from the Website of Isgs (Www.Isgs.Com.Pk) Till 02Nd August, 2021. Prospective Bidders May Request a Clarification on any Aspect of Rfp Till 15Th July, 2021. 4.
