- The UNAIDS Pakistan and Afghanistan has the following time-bound projects that will require the support of a programme associate to work under the direct supervision of the UCD to support the implementation and monitoring of various time-bound activities planned for July to December 2023:- Joint UN Team on AIDS strategic planning for 2024-2025 including the UBRAF 2024-2025 Country Envelope for Pakistan and Afghanistan- World AIDS Day campaign- Coordination of TA to support GC6 (grant implementation), GC7 (grant making).- Provincial consultations for the updating of Provincial AIDS Strategies and the Global HIV Prevention CoalitionThe purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of technical services of project management specialist to support UCO Pakistan and Afghanistan to effectively coordinate and implementation of its timebound activities.Scope & Tasks: Key requirements and description of servicesThe Project Management Specialist will assist the UNAIDS Country Office to help ensure timely and effective planning, implementation and monitoring of the activities mentioned above.
