- Tender Notice Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) is a Statutory Body Working under the Ministry of Industries and Production (Moi&P) Government of Pakistan for the Development and Promotion of Smes in Pakistan. Smeda Invites Sealed Bids from the Stationary Services Providers Companies, Registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and Punjab Revenue Authority (Pra) and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for the Provision of Stationary Items at Smeda Head Office Lahore for the Period of 1 Years. 2. Bidding Document, Containing Detailed Terms and Conditions, Etc. are Available on Epads as Well as at Smeda, 4Th Floor, Building No. 3, Aiwan-E-Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.
