Tenders are invited for Supply of Fire Resistance Filing Cabinets Objectives for Financial Review The purpose of this engagement is to conduct a financial review of the Access Providers, under the direction of FHI 360 and the Regional English Language Office (RELO) at the U.S. Embassy, Islamabad. The specific objectives of the financial review will be to: (1) Determine if in-country educational service providers- (hereinafter referred to as Provider) program financial and procurement records are in alignment with the service agreement terms; (2) Review the relationship between RELO team and Provider to examine activities regarding staffing. (3) Determine if Providers- internal controls are working as designed and provide reasonable assurance of control; (4) Determine if RELO team and Providers followed allowable HR practices on hiring/accepting teachers, and administrative staff; (5) Determine if Providers- incurred and reported costs are accurately recorded, supported by adequate documentation, allowable, allocable, and reasonable; (6) Determine if there are any weaknesses, and as applicable, recommend improvements to internal controls, record keeping, documentation, processes/policies, and practices regarding Objectives 1-
