Name of Firm Specifying Sole Ownership, Partnership, Limited (Copy of Form "C" in Case of Partnership) Along with Attested Copy of Owners Cnics. 3. Past Experience Along with Attested Copies of Work Order of same Nature Work. (Minimum 03 Similar Nature Works). 4.
