Description:
The University of the Punjab invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced construction firms/contractors for the planning, design, construction, and operation of a state-of-the-art cafeteria at its Quaid-e-Azam campus in Lahore. The cafeteria will cater to the needs of about 30,000 female students and about 4,000 staff members, providing dining services and a meeting place for visitors and conferences. The project will be on a Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis, with an initial contract of ten years, extendable for up to five years.
