- Conduct two parallelvalidations of two sub-projects of Pakistan Financing for Lowering Emissions inWaste Program against the TCAF applicable criteria as specified in the TCAFValidation and Verification Protocol. Each sub-project will have a separateCrediting Program Design Document (CPDD) and will require an independentvalidation.The TCAF project cycle foreseesindependent third-party validation and verification of TCAF programs againstTCAF requirements to determine the volume of emission reductions achieved. EmissionReductions will be reported by the Program Proponent in the Monitoring Report(MR) template developed by TCAF.The independent third-party will validate the statements made by ProgramProponent in the Crediting Project Design Document (CPDD) and will provide a ValidationReport including and a validation statement with a description of the processfollowed to reach such a conclusion.
